Ed transitioned to Senior Manager Client Partners in 2025.  He is responsible for working with new and existing clients to drive job flow, build strategic partnerships and support commercial growth across Bluefin’s national portfolio, with a focus on business development and client engagement strategy.

Previously Divisional Manager for Tax, Legal and Risk Management at Bluefin. Ed led a high-performing team of specialist recruiters in the Legal, Tax and Risk sectors.

Ed has a decade of managerial experience leading high-performing teams, and so understands the challenges of a hiring manager well, and is passionate about career development.
