Sarah is a highly experienced and accomplished recruitment consultant with over 16 years of experience in the industry. She leads the Accounting, Finance & Tax team at Bluefin and is responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes for our Government and Not-for-Profit clients.

Throughout her career, Sarah has developed a wealth of expertise across various sectors, including Mining, Manufacturing, professional services, senior finance, accounting support, office support, sales, marketing, and Procurement. Her nine years of experience working within state and federal government and three years within the Not-For-Profit sector have further honed her skills and knowledge in the industry.

Sarah is passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals and supporting organizations to enhance and grow their businesses. Her dedication and hard work have earned her a reputation for achieving outstanding results, including consecutive years as a million-dollar biller, winning several large-scale contracts with high profitability and Sales Person of the Year multiple times.
