With over 20 years of recruitment experience and 10 years specialising in Project Services, Business Transformation, Strategy, and Accountancy & Finance, Nicola is a seasoned recruiter known for her energetic and consultative approach. She has worked across agency and in-house roles, including two years with a major energy company, giving her valuable insight into both sides of the hiring process.

Nicola recruits for a wide range of finance roles including Financial Accountant, Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, and CFO. She works across multiple sectors such as professional services, mining, FMCG, retail, logistics, and agriculture, and manages permanent, temporary, and fixed-term placements. She consistently achieves a high fill rate and is known for her responsiveness and persistence.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys bushwalking and glamping with her family—and recently conquered her fear of heights by abseiling down Perth’s tallest building.
