Adam is the Founding Partner of the Executive Search and Talent Advisory practice at Bluefin Resources. He leads the firm’s work with private equity investors, founders, and high-growth businesses across Australia, supporting leadership hiring and talent strategy throughout the investment lifecycle.

With over 19 years’ recruitment experience across Sydney and London, Adam combines deep executive search expertise with firsthand private equity insight, having served as a Talent Operating Partner at a leading Australian PE firm. He is known for his strategic, honest approach and commitment to building leadership teams that drive performance and growth.

Outside of work, Adam is a husband, dad of three, footballer, cricketer, cyclist, and proud shareholder in Sunday Road Brewing. He’s passionate about mentoring young men and building purpose-led communities.
