Duncan Amos
With over two decades of Recruitment experience in Australia, with some prior time to that in the UK, Duncan was the first employee and is a founding Director of Bluefin Resources and its sister company Albacore Consulting.
Sandra Rowlingson
Sandra is one of the longest serving Senior Directors of Bluefin Resources. Starting in 2006, Sandra now heads up some of Bluefin’s largest divisions, including Data Analytics& Data Science, Risk, Legal and Audit, Sales and Marketing and Accounting.
Paul Donovan
Leading the Bluefin Resources Melbourne team, Paul enables his team to provide the best service to his clients and candidates, developing long-term partnerships that provide a transparent and ethical approach.
Rachel West
Rachel leads all of Bluefin’s operational and commercial functions covering Finance, People & Culture, Legal, Contracting, Commercial, Tenders, Client Negotiations, Marketing, IT & Innovation, Administration, Quality & Compliance, Business Analysis
Anna Vaughan
Anna is the Chief People Officer at Bluefin Resources. With 26 years of business experience, including more than 15 years in People & Culture, she has successfully led teams in various countries and cultures.
Rory Herity
Rory joined Bluefin in March of 2022 to lead our expansion into the Technology, Project Services, Change Management, IT Leadership, and Analytics markets in Southeast Queensland.
Ed Hewitt
Ed transitioned to Senior Manager Client Partners in 2025. He is responsible for working with new and existing clients to drive job flow, build strategic partnerships and support commercial growth across Bluefin’s national portfolio.
