Ashley Hansen

Ashley Hansen calls her move into recruitment a lucky find, and it’s turned into a career she’s built with real intent, now leading Project Services recruitment across Bluefin Resources’ Queensland Technology team. She partners with government, education and private sector clients to place Project Officers, Project Managers, PMO Administrators, Program Managers and Business Analysts, largely across contract and casual labour hire roles.

Outgoing, adaptive and driven, Ashley moved into recruitment straight after finishing her Bachelor of Business, majoring in HR. She cut her teeth managing around 80 contractors on the AEC federal election project within her first few months in the industry and has been focused on connecting candidates with roles where they can thrive ever since.

A self-confessed beach fanatic, Ashley spends her downtime outdoors and catching up with friends and family.
