Jeralee O'Byrne

Meet Jeralee, an Account Director in Bluefin Resources’ Brisbane Technology team who’s spent more than 15 years specialising in Project Services recruitment for commercial and enterprise clients. She places Program and Project Directors, Portfolio Managers, PMO Managers, Agile and Delivery Managers, and Business Analysts across permanent and contract roles.

Jeralee takes a relationships-first approach, built on honesty and genuinely solving problems rather than pushing a sale. It’s delivered consistently strong fill rates, including two exclusive campaigns for Brisbane Catholic Education that secured 10+ permanent hires and helped the organisation scale its GenAI programs, with every candidate still in place today.

Outside work, Jeralee is usually at the gym, chasing a run, or at the beach with her 8-year-old daughter.
