Steve Wills

Steve Wills has spent more than nine years in recruitment, starting out in London with a growing start-up placing IT and transformation talent before bringing that experience to Melbourne. As a Senior Account Manager in Bluefin’s Technology team, he supports businesses with their Infrastructure, Cloud and Cyber Security hiring, covering cloud engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, IT infrastructure, networking and cyber security roles.

Steve has worked across complex, high-value technology engagements, helped establish a managed quarantine programme during COVID-19, and built the technical teams behind a £500 million programme helping small and medium businesses access technology. He also holds an MBA from RMIT.
