About Tom
With 9 years of experience in payroll recruitment, Tom also brings hands on industry knowledge from his time working with an outsourced payroll provider. He recruits across all levels of payroll from junior to management, including implementation, compliance and project roles, and is known for delivering results quickly —recently placing two critical permanent roles within four days.
Tom has been recognised with multiple awards, including Consultant of the Year and Top Perm Biller at Hays. He also hosted a payroll networking event with over 100 attendees.
Outside of work, Tom runs a catering business, bakes amazing cakes, and manages a semi-professional men’s football team. He joined Bluefin for the people—and to work with a team as passionate as he is.
